Founders Story
A decade ago, prominent psychotherapist and Eidetic Imagery pioneer Jackie Sussman had a flash of inspiration: To take her transformative technique beyond the therapist’s chair and to women everywhere. Over decades in her private practice, she had guided clients to profound breakthroughs, but she knew that collective transformation would be far more impactful. She contacted an old friend, Ivy Ross, a visionary executive in retail and design, who had recently embarked on a new chapter at Google. After hearing Jackie’s vision, she exclaimed, “I’ve been praying for something like this!”
Later that year, Ivy gathered a group of women at her Northern California home to experience the work firsthand. What began as an intimate gathering evolved into women’s groups that met regularly for a decade. These early sessions led Jackie to start a training program, and to bring her technique to many organizations and companies, including Google, Zappos and Coursera.
Now Jackie and Ivy are launching InnerVision, marshalling the wisdom gleaned over a decade and expanding their mission to help women to step into their full power.
Jackie Sussman
Jackie is a psychotherapist, executive coach, author, and one of the leading experts in Eidetic Image Psychology. For over three decades, she has worked with individuals around the world-from Fortune 500 CEO’s and UN leaders to athletes and creatives-helping them unlock their innate potential. Her clients have included organizations like Google, Nike, Eileen Fisher, Coach, and UN Women. Jackie has lectured at major universities, and authored Freedom From Failure and Images of Desire. Her work empowers people to access deep inner strengths, unique potentials, wisdom and the presence that leads to powerful impact and personal fulfillment.
Ivy Ross
Ivy is the Chief Design Officer of consumer Devices at Google. Over the past eight years, Ivy and her team have launched 60 + products winning over 240 global design awards. Ivy has held executive positions ranging from head of product design and development to CMO and presidencies of several companies. Ninth on Fast Company’s list of the 100 Most Creative People in Business 2019, Ivy believes the intersection of arts and science is where the most engaging and creative ideas are found. Most recently, Ivy co-authored the New York Times best seller, Your Brain on Art: How the Arts Transform Us.
