Why Women?
Women have a crucial role to play at this time in history. When women access their innate feminine power—power that’s long been suppressed by historical conditioning—they replace the masculine paradigm of domination with an inclusive and compassionate model. The solutions to personal, social, and global dilemmas lie within the feminine.
The Group
When women come together to witness and support one another’s journeys toward wholeness, the process creates a trusted, empathic, and loving bond. Each woman’s work accelerates the healing of fellow group members, creating a shared consciousness that ripples outward, empowering and uplifting everyone. This bond extends beyond the group, affecting the wider world.
Transformation of the Self
Working with Eidetic images fosters inner change, allowing us to live from a place of empowered authenticity. This authenticity becomes magnetic, electric, and transformative to those around us. By embodying this state, we naturally touch others and step into our roles as leaders.
The term Eidetic comes from the Presocratic Greeks, who believed that Eidetic images were gifts from the gods. The Eidetic process is often translated as the ability to recall with uncanny accuracy. However, an Eidetic image is not merely a memory; it is the imprint of life experience encoded in the mind-body. These images represent deep, lasting impressions that shape our perceptions and responses, offering a powerful tool for transformation and self-discovery.
A decade ago, while discussing female empowerment with a Fortune 500 CEO, prominent psychotherapist Jaqueline Sussman had a flash of inspiration to share her knowledge of personal transformation with all women. Despite being out of touch for years, Sussman’s intuition guided her to reconnect with her old friend Ivy Ross, a visionary executive in apparel, retail, and design. At the time, Ross had recently joined Google to lead efforts in building its hardware products. Together, they decided to combine their expertise and create something that would empower women on a deeper level.
